1 · Acceptance

Onyx·Realms is a curated arcade metaverse of original games built on KleverChain. By connecting a wallet or playing any game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2 · Games & the ONYX × CORE economy

Gameplay earns ONYX (the in-app APR/earn token), which can be exchanged for CORE (the treasury/reward token). ONYX and CORE are utility tokens used inside the Onyx·Realms ecosystem. They are not securities, investments, or a promise of profit, and nothing on this site is financial, legal, or tax advice.

Balances, rates, staking rewards, and prize pools may change as the platform evolves. We aim to preserve earned ONYX, but on-chain economies carry inherent risk.

3 · Wallets & on-chain risk

You are solely responsible for your wallet, keys, and any transactions you sign. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Onyx·Realms never has custody of your keys and cannot reverse, refund, or recover on-chain transfers.

4 · Acceptable use

Do not exploit bugs, automate or script gameplay to farm rewards, attempt to manipulate the economy or leaderboards, or interfere with other players. We may adjust rewards, suspend access, or remove content to protect the integrity of the platform.

5 · No warranty

The platform is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Onyx·Realms is not liable for any loss arising from use of the games, tokens, wallet connections, or third-party services (including KleverChain).

6 · Changes

We may update these Terms as the platform grows. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.
